Robotic Frame Building

In my blog entry about the "Cinelli x MASH SF" bike I made the statement, "And, what is special about an aluminum frame? It could have been made by a robot." I have been asked if this is indeed possible, to build a frame robotically.

The answer is yes, frames can be robotically built (see photo). And, wheels can be built robotically as well.

For clarity, I'm not saying that the Cinelli is built this way. The original Cinelli story: http://italiancyclingjournal.blogspot.com/2009/05/cinelli-x-mash-sf.html
