Pinarello LUNGAVITA

Back in April we wrote about the unknown Pinarello in this photo:

Pinarello has just announced their new models for 2010 and this bike appears as the "LungaVita" (LongLife). The LungaVita is described as such: "Lungavita is a bicycle that Giovanni Pinarello was very keen on making. This model includes a tribute to the first colour schemes of the Pinarello cycles of 1951, in the colours that were in fashion at the time. The frame is made of 6061 T6 aluminium and strictly in a Single Speed version with the rims painted white – a rarity in this sector. Lungavita is the ideal bicycle for the world capitals where this kind of frame is much appreciated for its lightness and versatility. From New York to Tokyo a new generation of cyclists is discovering the taste of Pinarello style retro."

The LungaVita will be available in 5 colors: Black Sand, White Water Green, Blue Sand, Red White, and Green Sand (pictured above). The rims say "Special Ediiton LungaVita".
