2013 Giro d'Italia Stages



The stages of the 2013 Giro d'Italia (click on image above to enlarge), the race starts Saturday, 4 May:

The presenters decribed the route as "not cruel" but the big names all decribed it as "very hard". The 55.5 KM of stage 8 is supposed to be very hard and will put pressure on the pure climbers to attack on the later mountain stages.

  1. Great news! I can't believe they're doing the mountain lane up Passo Cason di Lanza, descending the other side, then climbing up to Altopiano Montasio. Also Sella Ciampigotto and down to Vigo di Cadore on the way to Lago di Vajont. And Passo Giau followed by Tre Cime di Lavaredo. I agree- very hard!
